Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 768/2013 amending Regulation (EC) No. 917/2004 on detailed rules to implement Council Regulation (EC) No. 797/2004 on measures improving general conditions for the production and marketing of apiculture products.

These provisions lay down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 917/2004 as regards the notification to the European Commission of national apiculture programmes. Annex I is replaced by the text in the Annex hereto, which concerns the amount corresponding to each Member State as regards Community part-financing of apiculture programmes.
