The present Ordinance regulates requirements for the preservation of agricultural land in a good agricultural and ecological condition binding for a farmer applying for direct payments or other support payments. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Prevention of erosion (2); Preservation of organic substances in the soil and protection of soil structure (3); Maintenance of areas taken out of agricultural production (4); Aspects of landscape conservation (5); Entry into force (6). One Annex are enclosed.
