The present Ordinance implements article 26 of the Thüringen Law on nature and landscape of 29 May 2008. In particular, article 26 deals with the establishment and protection of the European Net “Natura 2000” as well as with areas of common interest, such as bird protected areas. In particular, article 1 of the present Ordinance lists the areas which shall be part of the above-mentioned project. The text consists of 5 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Establishment of natural habitats and species of Community interest and bird species (1); Establishment of natural habitats and species of Community interest and European bird species (2); Entry into force, expiry (3).
