Order No. 1238 on implementation of certain Commission decisions relating to activities covered by the Act on CO2 quotas.

This Order sets implemention rules with regard to the allocation of free quotas to installations and on international decisions related to plants, aircrafts, facilities. Appendix 1 - Commission Decision of 5 September 2013 concerning national implementation measures for the transitional free allocation of greenhouse gas emission allowances in accordance with Article 11(3) of Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council - (notified under document C(2013) 5666), (Text with EEA relevance), (2013/448/EU).
