The Order sets guidelines on the labelling of fruit juice products with the information of food additives included in these products - as defined in Appendix 1. The Order includes the authorized amount of sugars (brix-levels) added in these fruit products. Appendix 1 - Product descriptions, definitions and product characteristics. Appendix 2 - Definition of raw materials. Appendix 3 - Special provisions for fruit nectar. Appendix 4 - Minimum Brix levels for reconstituted fruit juice and reconstituted fruit purée.
