This Decree, composed of 9 articles, creates the National Support Programme to Social Associations and Cooperatives (Pronacoop Social). This National Programme aims at planning, coordinating, implementing and monitoring any action oriented to agricultural development of social cooperatives and solidarity socio-economic entrepreneurship. Pronacoop Social will be developed by the National Government in partnership with local States, Federal Districts, Municipalities, private initiative and disadvantaged groups, etc.
