Waste Management (Packaging and Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013 (L.N. 358 of 2013).
The present Regulations amend the Waste Management (Packaging and Packaging Waste) by replacing Schedule I, which lays down illustrative examples for packaging and non packaging of waste specified therein.
