Article 1 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that to improve the agricultural structure, settlement procedures shall be enforced. The purpose of such procedures is the creation and conservation of agricultural enterprises ensuring thus an adequate subsistence level for the rural population. The text consists of 4 articles.
