This Regulation prescribes all necessary quality requirements and related standards for the production and placing on the market of salt intended for human consumption on the territory of the Croatian Republic. This Regulation further defines : names, definitions and general requirements; sensory properties and composition; additional labelling requirements. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
