This Governor’s Order establishes that scheme distribution, management and protection of the regional hunting grounds shall plan management of hunting grounds and hunting resources with a view of rational management and conservation of game. Planning shall carry out the following tasks: (a) determination of boundaries of hunting grounds and rational distribution thereof among hunters; (b) assessment of the number of available hunting resources (game) and their distribution on the regional territory; (c) elaboration of complex arrangements for the organization of rational use of hunting grounds; and (d) establishment of legal status and legislative regulation of hunting resources and hunting grounds.
