Microfinance (Amendment) Act, 2013 (No. 41 of 2013).
This Act amends the Microfinance Act, 2006 with respect to, among other things: control by the Central Bank of microfinance institutions; exchange and disclosure of information; external auditing; and anti-corruption measures.
