By virtue of powers vested by Section 3A of the Forest Conservation Ordinance as amended by Act, No. 13 of 1966, Act, No. 56 of 1979, Act, No. 13 of 1982, Act, No. 84 of 1988, Act, No. 23 of 1995 and Act, No. 65 of 2009 chapter 451, I, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa, the Minister of Environment by this Order declares the Gaswatta Forest of 0.269 Hectares bounded limit set forth in the Schedule hereto as Gaswatta Conservation Forest from 01st day of July, 2012.
