Batteries and Accumulators (Amendment) Regulations, 2014 (L.N. 191 of 2014).
These provisions amend regulations 5 and 8 of the Batteries and Accumulators Regulations. Moreover they add regulation 9, which concerns the removal of waste batteries and accumulators.
