Commission Regulation (EU) No. 769/2014 establishing a prohibition of fishing for saithe in VI; Union and international waters of Vb, XII and XIV by vessels flying the flag of Spain.

The quota allocated to Spain for fishing for saithe in VI, European Union and international waters of Vb, XII and XIV is deemed to be exhausted as from 23 June 2014. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that species in those zones to all fishing vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain.
