This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law stimulating the agriculture development (Official Gazette 24/1992, 32/1992, 83/1992 and 78/1993). Changes are regarding: the general terms and definitions; premium related standards that shall be provided for different produced and purchased agricultural products; and the height of the recourse related to the current production price of determined intermediate goods.
