The present Regulations are made under the First Nations Commercial and Industrial Development Act. Section 2 establishes that the incorporated Laws as set out in Schedule 2 shall apply with respect to the project lands which refers to all those parcels or tracts of land in the Province of Ontario being part of the fort William Indian Reserve.
