National Environmental Management: Waste Amendment Act, 2014 (No. 26 of 2014).

This Act amends the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 so as to, among other things: insert a new Chapter (3A) on a strategy for the pricing of waste management charges; insert a new Chapter (7A) on the Waste Management Bureau. The Bureau shall be a specialist implementing agent within the Department responsible for environmental affairs in respect of matters delegated to the Bureau in terms of this Act dealing with waste management.
