This Regulation sets the correct criteria and method for official testing of the hazardous properties of waste in accredited laboratories, which have to respect the provided rules in terms of personnel, equipment and facilities, on the territory of Montenegro. Testing of hazardous properties of waste is carried out with a regard to the methods for analysis of dangerous properties of chemicals.
