This Act, consisting of 14 Parts, concerns the interpretation of Acts of Parliament of Queensland as Territorial Subdivision of Australia and some other matters regarding legislation such as the effect of a repealed or expired Act. The Act grants regulation-making power to the local Governor for purposes of this Act and provides for jurisdiction of courts.
