This Regulation stipulates the detail procedure for examining of the pre-packed products in order to verify the fulfillment of metrological requirements, requirements for equipment used in the control of quantities of pre-packed products, marking of the quantity and tolerances on the actual amount, size and shape of the markings of conformity, documentation compliance, and inscriptions and markings on bottles and similar. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
