This Law regulates the cultivation, protection, selection and reproduction of bees; including administrative and legal issues for physical and/or legal persons in the apiculture sector on the territory of the Republic of Srpska; further defining the accommodation and spatial issues for apiaries; bees pastures and the mode for the correct, safe and secure transport of bees; establishing and keeping of large bee cultivation sites; trading provisions; and the establishment of the Register of beekeepers and apiaries. The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 26 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
