Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) (Declaration of Protected Area) Order (S.I. No. 115 of 2013).

This Order, made under section 13 of the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) Act, 1977, declares the exclusive economic zone of The Bahamas to be a protected area and prohibits fishing for Nassau Grouper within that area in a specified period.
