This Law regulates the planning, funding and implementation of measures for the development of small businesses on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the activities and measures of the Government aimed to encourage the development of small business, supervision over the implementation of these principles, and various other issues necessary for the support, stimulation and encouragement of the development of small scale business. The Law is divided into V Chapters and 21 articles, including all offences and related penalties.
