This Regulation provides all necessary conditions and correct manner to be implemented and observed by all legal persons in terms of minimal technical-technological premises and equipment related to the storage of grain, including the education and authorization of the professional personnel, inspection measures and rules, procedures for the registration, and the content, form and manner for the mandatory keeping of register of grain warehouses on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
