Ministerial Decree No. 1183 validating the Regulation on determination of the boundaries of waterbodies and (or) parte thereof, sections of continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation acknowledged fishfarming areas.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of determination of the boundaries of waterbodies and (or) parte thereof, sections of continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation acknowledged fishfarming areas. Boundaries of fishfarming area shall be determined on the basis of no less than 3 posts in terrestrial coordinates by straight connection thereof or along coastline of waterbody. Information of such straight connection shall be inserted in the description of the boundaries of fishfarming area.
