This Presidential Decision creates the Multisectoral Commission coordinated by the Ministry of Geology and Mining. This Commission is entitled to undertake studies leading to the creation of Mining Development Poles in areas where the National Plan of Geology (PLANAGEO) reveal great geological and mining potential.
