Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/1778 establishing fisheries conservation measures to protect reef zones in waters under the sovereignty of Denmark in the Baltic Sea and Kattegat.

This Regulation establishes fisheries conservation measures necessary for compliance with obligations under article 6 of Directive 92/43/EEC. It applies to fishing vessels flying the flag of Denmark, Germany and Sweden in waters under the sovereignty of Denmark in the Baltic Sea and Kattegat. It shall be prohibited to carry out any fishing activity with bottom contacting gears in the areas specified.
