This Norm, consisting of 12 articles, establishes the technical guidelines for the environmental licensing of poultry and bird exploitation activity. These technical guidelines aim at regulating the environmental licensing of the above mentioned activities and specify the requirements to be met, such as: that the areas occupied by these activities must comply with the municipality's zoning guidelines; be located at a distance of 15 metres from county roads and state highways, and 50 metres from federal highways; be located at least at a distance of 50 metres of housing.
