This Regulation defines various measures and necessary practices aimed to suppress and eradicate the Newcastle disease in animals on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, including the inspection affairs, reporting to the European bodies and related institutions, vaccination, and other hygiene practices. This text contains the provisions aligned with many Council Directives and European Regulations related to the practices defined by this Regulation. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
