The present Measures are formulated in order to strengthen the management of the "power transmission to the countryside" projects and to ensure the quality and benefit thereof. The Measures consists of 7 Chapters: General provisions (I); Engineering responsibility system (II); Planning and design management (III); Administration of the fund (IV); Supervision and administration (V); Legal Responsibility (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI). The construction of the "power transmission to the township" projects shall implement standardized management, apply the project legal person system, the bidding system, project supervision system and contract management system.
