This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments to Regulation on the application for field assessment of seed of individual types of agricultural plants and vegetables, and detailed requirements for production and quality of seed of these plants. In particular the present Regulation establishes specific requirements for the production of seed of vegatables (specified in Annex 4 to the amended Regulation) and specific requirements for the quality and allowable lot size on the market for seed of vegetables (Annex 6).
