This Law regulates the protection of consumer rights, conditions and manner for the necessary implementation of the consumer protection rules and practices (regarding various types of services and good, produced or marketed on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia), including the conditions for trade operations which are important for the protection of consumer rights, the rights and obligations of associations of consumers, and the powers of the State Administration regarding consumer protection (inspection, data collection and other). This Law is divided into IX Chapters and 145 articles, including the offences and penalties.
