This Notification sets forth the principles and procedures regarding the import of forestry breeding materials. The above mentioned materials are detailed in the Annex 1 of the Notification. This Notification covers forestry breeding materials subject to release for free circulation, release for free circulation regime, inward processing regime processing under customs control regime, temporary import regime, transit and warehouse regime.
