This Regulation, consisting of 18 sections divided into three Parts and completed by one Schedule, provides for matters for the Act, Law and National Regulations, registration, fees and exemptions for the establishment and operation of cooperatives in New South Wales. The fee specified in Column 4 of an item in the Table to this clause is prescribed as the fee to be paid for the purposes of the provision referred to in Column 2 in relation to the matter described in Column 3.
