The Notification sets forth the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, labelling, conservation, storage, transportation and sales. The Notification covers the product features of each type of tahini. The Notification further covers provisions on additives, aromatic substances, contaminants, pesticide residues and hygiene.
