Marine Estate Management Regulation 2009.

This Regulation, consisting of 33 Sections, divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, implements the Marine Parks Act 1997 by providing specifications on matters related to the creation and management of marine parks. These offences are known as forfeiture offences, and the Regulation lists those offences under the Act and Regulations which constitute forfeiture offences. It also deals with consent of relevant Ministers (2); Functions of authorised officers and relevant Ministers (3); Miscellaneous (4). Schedule specifies penalty notice offences.
