This Regulation prescribes necessary issues and conditions for the correct and indicated manner for treatment and use of the wood packaging material in international transport. As here defined, the wood packaging material is a product partially or entirely made of untreated wood, that is used as packing, for protection, or in the transport of any type of goods on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
