This Executive Decree approves the Terms of Reference for the designing of Environmental Impact Assessment aimed at the construction of industrial centres in Angola. It specifies the requirements to be satisfied to perform such activity with a view to identify and analyse the potential environmental problems associated with its implementation, proposing a set of measures to be taken so that any negative effects are solved, mitigated or compensated. A further evaluation and licensing shall be issued by the Ministry of Environment.
