This Order, consisting of 19 articles and two Tables, establishes standards and defines areas, size and quota of fish caught by amateur and professional fishers in the basin of the river Ivaí within the Paraná River basin. The rules of fishing in waters under federal jurisdiction corresponding to the Paraná River basin are established by the relevant standards. This Order does not apply to the capture of non-native, exotic, alien and hybrid fish (as specified in Table II). It also establishes prohibited fishing areas and specifies a List of native species and their minimum dimensions capture, as specified in the Tables.
