This Regulation prescribes the necessary phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction, spread and to eradicate the Asian beetles Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky, classified as dangerous/harmful organism and present on certain plants), including the rules for safe movement of certain plants, further defines the border/safety areas and other technical issues. This text transposes the rules contained in the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/893 of 9 June 2015 regardin measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky). The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
