This Regulation determines the main design and technical characteristics (basic characteristics), usage, time, purpose, amount and technical type of fishing gear and equipment that can be used in large and small-scale commercial fishing, including the additional rules for marking the fishing gear and equipment. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
