Nuclear Industries Security (Amendment) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 795 of 2016).

These Regulations amend the Nuclear Industries Security Regulations 2003 in regulation 3 to extend the regulatory regime for the secure transport of nuclear material in the principal Regulations to include the transport of such material by air.
