Protocol to the Agreement between the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan on delimitation of the seabed of the Northern Part of the Caspian Sea for the purpose of the exercise of sovereign rights to subsoil management.

Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The Government of the Russian Federation shall authorize the enterprise to perform subsoil management on the plot of subsoil where the structure “Central” is located for exploration, prospecting and extraction of minerals without tender for the period of 25 years with the period of exploration of 7 years with the application of general taxation if otherwise is not envisaged by this item”.
