This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of keeping State fund of ecological information with a view of granting access to state bodies, natural and legal persons with reliable information related to the state of environment, factors causing environmental impact, arrangements for environmental protection, prevention and reduction of environmental pollution and management of natural resources. The aforesaid State fund shall be administered by the authorized public institution. Processing of environmental information shall include registration and classification thereof.
