Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/2029 amending Council Regulation (EC) No. 338/97 on the protection of species of wild fauna and flora by regulating trade therein.
This Regulation replaces the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 338/97, which lays down provisions for the protection of species of wild fauna and flora and regulates trade of species.
