Regulation on measures for detection, containment and suppression of harmful organism Xylella fastidiosa (Wells et al.), methods determining the boundaries of infected, endangered and areas that are free from the presence of this harmful organism, and conditions for termination of the ordered measures and manner of notification of taken measures.

This Regulation hereby defines the necessary measures for the detection, containment and suppression of all species and subspecies of Xylella fastidiosa bacteria (Wells et al.), including the method of determining the boundaries of infected and/or endangered areas, or areas without any previous presence of this harmful organism, and further stipulates the terms for ending the imposed measures, as well as the manner of notification of the measures that are taken under the provisions here defined. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
