This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of attribution and cancellation of status of pedigree stock farms. Assessment of performance of a stock farm shall be based upon the following principles: (a) selection level and reached productivity of livestock, poultry and bees; (b) quality and quantity of sold young stock; (c) improvement of qualitative characteristics of stock in accordance with scientific and expert guidelines; (d) testing of hereditary characteristics of stock; (e) breeding of pedigree herd; (f) complete feeding in accordance with nutritional values of livestock, poultry and bees; and (g) veterinary well-being of farm.
