This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of interaction between regional executive bodies in the process of constituting of protected areas of regional significance intended as state nature reserves, natural complexes and nature monuments. It deals with elaboration, drafting and substantiation of decisions related to setting up protected areas of regional significance. Complex environmental investigation shall perform prior to decision-making. Complex environmental investigation shall contain the following information and data: (a) general characteristics of the territory; (b) list of identified wild fauna and wild flora species; (c) description of natural complexes destined for protection; (d) characteristics of anthropogenic impact on the territory; (e) data related to green planting, amenity stand and landscaped areas; and (f) substantiation and land-use planning proposals.
