Regulation on general and specific hygiene requirements and organization of official controls on products and facilities that have been registered for exports of milk and dairy products to the European Union.

This Regulation prescribes various conditions (general and specific hygiene requirements) to be observed by each milk product and milk production site/facility if engaged in international trade with the European Union (or a state member of the Union). This Regulation adopts the terms of the European Regulations 853/2004, and 852/2004 regarding the general food hygiene and safety of milk and milk products.
