Regulation on the data concerning the general and special conditions in the facility for the production and marketing of food of animal origin (storage, refrigeration, freezing).

This Regulation offers the complete set of administrative issues (forms, report and other) to be submitted as data collection/reporting regarding the general and special conditions in the facility for the production and marketing of food of animal origin in various phases of the processing such as storage, refrigeration, freezing and other. The contents of this document are aimed to fulfill the conditions stipulated by the Regulation on conditions of food hygiene (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 73/2010).
